61.20 Harassment; Defined and Punished
A person commits a petty misdemeanor, if with intent to harass another
(d) Every person with the intent to annoy, telephones, telephaxes, or communication by use of any telephone network, data network, instant message, computer, computer network, or computer system with another person and addresses to or about such other person any obscene language is guilty of a misdemeanor.
21.100 Illegal use of computer or telecommunication device disseminate prohibited Materials involving minor “Sexting” Crimes Defined and Punished
(a) A minor is guilty of an offense of illegal use of computer telecommunication device involving a minor, otherwise as “Sexting”, if the minor, by use of a computer or any telecommunication device, recklessly or knowling creates, receives, exchanges, sends, disseminates, transmits or possess a photograph, video, depiction or other materials that shows himself or herself, or of another minor, in a state of nudity.
